Chocolate sandwich with almonds
A delicious snack that conquers at the first bite: soft sandwiches filled with cubes of milk chocolate with almonds. Bake in the oven et voila! try also this sea buckthorn and orange juice recipe too.
Ingredients
Sweet pastry For 10 pieces
350 g of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1.5 dl of milk aha! lactose-free
50 g of butter aha! lactose-free
15 g of fresh yeast
100g milk chocolate with almonds aha! lactose-free
flour to smooth out the dough

How to proceed
For the pasta, mix the flour with the salt. Let the milk cool with the butter and stir in the flour. Add the crumbled yeast and knead until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Cover it and leave it to rise twice in a warm place for approx. 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the chocolate into cubes. Roll out the dough on a little flour and form a sheet 1 cm high. Spread the chocolate cubes on the pastry and mash them into the dough. Roll it up and let it rest for approx. 15 minutes. Cut the roll into 10 homogeneous pieces. Shape into balls and arrange them on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
